Depth-oriented therapy
What's beneath shapes what's above.
Depth-oriented therapy is interested in what lives beneath the surface- the patterns, stories, and unconscious forces that shape how we move through the world.

However you arrived at this page- whether you've been in therapy before or this is the first time you've let yourself look - there's no wrong way to begin.
People often arrive here when something has stopped working. Old armor feels too heavy. A relationship is asking something new. A version of yourself you've outgrown won't quite let you go. This is a space where we can get curious together about what's underneath- slowly, without rushing toward an answer.
I work with teens, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the particular weight of feeling different. My work draws on depth psychology, attachment theory, parts work, and somatic practices, but nothing about it is prescriptive or predetermined. What we do together will be shaped by you.
I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are. These are the three lenses I fall back on most in my work with clients.

No part of you is a problem.
Parts work begins with a simple but radical premise: nothing inside you is wrong. Every part has a history, a purpose, and something worth understanding.
We relate the way we learned to.
Our earliest bonds shape how we love and how we protect ourselves. Therapy is a place to notice those patterns, and slowly begin to soften them .
I offer a complementary 20 minute phone or video consultation to see if we're a good fit. Please fill out the form and I will get back to you within 48 hrs to schedule a time to meet.
